After being asked by another local church to let the BFAC Auditorium be the venue for "Heaven's Gates, Hell's Flames," a dramatic portrayal of Judgment Day, Pastor Trevor was forced to reflect on why he was so hesitant to allow it. After a thorough survey of what the Bible had to say about Hell, and using fear to influence people, he concluded that Jesus really DOES want us to talk about Hell with non-Christians, regardless of how unpopular it may be. Our use of fear should be directly proportional to the severity of the danger - and Hell is the ultimate danger for anyone who has not been made pure by the Spirit and the blood of Jesus. However, using fear of Hellfire as a tool of outreach has limitations as well. Listen in and hear what the Bible has to say about Hell, and every Christian's duty to warn the world that the fire is coming to THEM.
